The perfect combination of bootcamp classes and personal training. You are able to join any of our classes at anytime, but also be able to work with a personal trainer to help achieve your goals at a faster rate. The ultimate combination of both worlds to get you in the best shape of your life.

Effective and motivating. Bootcamps are one of the best ways to sweat and move. Enjoy working out with people who are looking to achieve the same goals as you as well as making new friends. Bootcamps are proven scientifically to dramatically change the way you look at exercising by making it more fun and social. Results are also scientifically dramatic when you work out in a group rather than individually.

Fun, focused, and results driven. Highly effective way to get the most out of your gym time. There is no risk of injury or questioning how to use equipment. Your time will be maximized with the help of a personal trainer to lose weight, build muscle, and gain strength.

I've reached an age where my body is a lot less forgiving to a sedentary lifestyle, poor posture, and bad food choices. Along with a 25 pound weight-gain came backaches, headaches, insomnia, higher cholesterol, and other daily reminders that I have one foot in the grave.

People come in all shapes and do bootcamps. Some are military style where some buff grandma yells at you for an hour while you do pushups till you drop. Others are more like Jazzercise where it's basically group dancing. Lynch fitness bootcamps are different.

All of the Lynch trainers are fun to be around, very humble and knowledgable about what we are doing. And everyone in the classes (all ages and genders) are very easy going. No one is showing off.

OMG! Lynch Fitness rocks! I have been going for over 2 years. Okay, maybe not as often as I should - just took a 2 month hiatus - but now I am back with a vengeance! Danny and his team of trainers are fabulous, knowledgeable and extremely supportive!

The reason why I chose to get into personal training is because of my own transformation, I have struggled with weight my whole life, Since Middle School - to being in great shape in High School, to gaining and loosing weight constantly through college. My life was not balanced, and I was not happy. I knew I had to make a change. A group of friends decided to help me out, and I got up at 4:45am 3 times a week to run a 5K. This helped get on track and maintain my current state of health for 2 years now, I hope to help you do the same. I'm not asking you to run 5k's three times a week. I'm asking you what will you do to make a difference in your life? How dedicated will you be? I want to help you get there! To help be part of the change in your life. I am NASM, TRX, and CPR certified, and I am specializing in Weight Loss through NASM.

Most of my life I've had a passion about health and fitness. For me it's about total health which is why I earned a degree in Kinesiology from San Diego State. While living in San Diego I also had the opportunity to work with Todd Durkin, owner of Fitness Quest 10, who has been named twice as trainer of the year. Todd taught me how to work with elite athletes as well as "everyday folks". He encouraged me to build on my Bachelor of Science degree with a National Strength and Condition Association Personal Training Certification.

I am inspired by people who have healthy goals in mind such as strengthening a particular area of the body, improving posture or balance, or dropping inches and overall toning. Rehabilitating from a major back injury taught me a lot about mental and physical nutrition and that surrounding yourself with caring, happy and motivated people makes all the difference in the world. I enjoy the positive connection I have with my clients from High School athletes to retired grandparents.

I started working at Lynch Fitness soon after Danny opened the doors in 2010. It provides a perfect environment to work with people one on one as well as in group classes. We have a great team and great clients. Come on in and see how we can help you

Terry Acosta

I'm Terry Acosta III, I have been an Ace Certified Personal Trainer for over 6 years. I started training in high school for sports and quickly grew to love it. I especially loved learning how the human body works and how the body adapts to exercise. I then attended the University of Colorado, where I earned a Degree in Integrative Physiology, I interned in the physical rehab department and met my personal trainer.

My trainer Brach Posten, taught me more advanced techniques in performance, nutrition and recovery. Brach has done research at National Health Institute, UNLV, ASU, CU and worked with Team USA Olympic lifters. He also convinced me to competed in the USAPL a drug-tested powerlifting federation. During my career there, I was on Team USA, won multiple national championships, set numerous national records and all an all american.

Since the USAPL, I left the heavy lifting and I turned to more functional training to keep my joints and back healthy. I specialize in rehab, as well as sports performance. I have clientele ranging from pro athletes to first timers. Helping people achieve their goals is my number one priority. It's not what I want, it's what you want. I can't wait to meet you, and get you to your goal.
